The Children’s Department provides educational and entertaining programs for children from birth through fifth grade.
Age ranges listed in events are strictly enforced, proof of age may be requested.
Registration is required for all programs unless otherwise specified. You must have a valid library card and pin number for online registration. Registration is online only unless otherwise specified

All program fees are due 1 week before class to hold your spot. Failure to submit payments on time will result in automatic removal from class.
Payments can be made by credit card at the time of registration or by clicking the link in your confirmation email. Checks are accepted at the children’s desk and can be made out to “Wantagh Public Library”
