The Wantagh Library will have a limited supply of Federal and New York State Tax Forms available for patrons to pick up. Forms that we do not have can be printed for you at the Reference Desk. The first 2 short forms will be printed free of charge, there will be a fee of $.10 per page for each page thereafter. Instruction books will not be printed.
